North Pacific Beach

This project originally consisted of a 1,250-square-foot, three-bedroom, one-bath single-family home. We took the building down to the studs and replaced all major systems, including electrical, plumbing, and structural beams, to accommodate a new layout. We also added an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a second bathroom.

While renovating the front house, we obtained permits to add two ADUs and two two-car garages at the rear of the property.
