This project originally consisted of an 1,800-square-foot duplex in poor condition, requiring a complete renovation. We redesigned the living space, reconfiguring the living room and bedroom layout, adding an additional bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer. All surfaces were replaced, except for the structural beams.

In addition, we designed 4,000 square feet of additional living space at the rear of the property, consisting of two buildings:

A 1,800-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bath home with an attached two-car garage.
A second building with two back-to-back ADUs, each 1,200 square feet.
Before moving forward with construction, we decided to sell the property with fully paid and stamped plans in hand.
